Today the weather report warned of a powerful front moving through in the afternoon with strong thunderstorms and damaging winds. We spent the morning trying to stay busy - another scooter ride, time at the playground, a dinghy ride up the creek, cleaning the decks, etc. When the rain finally did come, the girls had a blast taking a shower in it. They also did laundry and schoolwork. Although we heard some thunder and it did downpour for a while, I think we were spared from the worst of it. Tomorrow we plan to head south again, although the forecast is calling for light winds. We are ready to be moving again.
